BLONDE ALE

 

An ale, straw- yellow in colour with abundant and a persistent foam. The herbaceous and bitter flavours make it refreshing and thirst quenching. A defined session beer, low in alcohol content can be sipped at any time of the day. A companion on a hot summers day.

 

Serving Suggestions: A good table-based with dishes of pork, pizza and various focaccia.
